Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Josie's Art Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [2 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
    • Domestic (within Belgium): [1–2 business days]
    • International (outside Belgium): [3–10 business days]
  • Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to high volume of orders, or if a situation arises that is outside of our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, customs issues, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Josie's Art Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, customs duty, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Josie's Art Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on prints or custom artwork unless the item was damaged during shipment. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
